Responsibilities for this Administrator role

  • General administration tasks
  • Minute taking
  • Provide general administrative support including managing emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support finance-related admin such as processing invoices and tracking expenditure
  • Handle enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth communication

Skills required or this for this Administrator role

  • 5 years Admin experience minimum
  • Minute Taking experience
  • Fast typing skills
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Interest in or understanding of the not-for-profit/charity sector
