Role: Administrator
Contract: Until the end of April
Salary: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5, with Friday WFH, flexible

An established charitable organisation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support across its day-to-day operations. Responsibilities for this Administrator role
- General administration tasks
- Minute taking
- Provide general administrative support including managing emails, calls, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities
- Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Support finance-related admin such as processing invoices and tracking expenditure
- Handle enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth communication
Skills required or this for this Administrator role
- 5 years Admin experience minimum
- Minute Taking experience
- Fast typing skills
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Interest in or understanding of the not-for-profit/charity sector
