This professional membership body are recruiting an Assessments Administrator to facilitate the review of assessments for the continuing professional development of their members.

Key Responsibilities on the Assessments Administrator:

  • Provide advice and guidance to internal and external staff regarding membership, assessments and new initiatives.
  • Finance administration, including raising invoices and POs, and monitoring payments for assessments.
  • Oversee all aspects of professional reviews and assessments in collaboration with the department manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative activities relating to processing applications to sit assessments including invigilating online exams, where required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working within a client/customer-facing role, ideally within a professional membership organisation or higher education environment.
  • Able to effectively organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Highly IT literate, competent using all MS Office applications and able to analyse data.
  • Familiarity with invoice and purchase order creation would be advantageous.
  • Experience of liaising with a variety of customers at varying levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Details:

  • c£16 per hour.
  • Full-time, temporary position, due for an immediate start and expected to last for 2-3 months. A permanent vacancy exists within the team.
  • Based in Central London, with provision for remote working for part of the week.
