We are on the hunt for an Assistant Administrator, which is based full time in the office.
You will:
- Manage telephone calls, emails and other correspondences
- Manage meeting arrangements, including room, logistics and presentation set up
- Co-ordinate complex travel arrangements for UK and international travel
- Edit and prepare documents
- Assistant senior members of staff
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of facilities and offices
We need:
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Experience of complex diary and travel management
- Experience of dealing with confidential matters
- Proficient with MS office tools
- Time management and ability to multitask
