Interim Business Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Coordination:
- Support stakeholders across the company with preparing and formatting project documentation and updates.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Customer/Stakeholder Relations:
- Act as a first point of contact for queries from clients, stakeholders, or team members.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure that business activities align with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to new tasks quickly
