Senior Business Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organized Senior Business Support Officer to join a dynamic team in the Public Health sector. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative and business support to ensure the smooth operation of key public health initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a dedicated Public Health Programme Team, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence. You will also play a key role in maintaining records, processing financial transactions, and assisting with contract monitoring. Strong minute-taking skills and the ability to organize meetings from start to finish are essential.

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, and members of the public. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be confident in organizing events and outreach projects.

This full-time position (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm) requires 100% office presence. The role is initially for three months, with the possibility of extension.
