Job Role
To provide comprehensive administrative, financial and human resource support for team across the Housing Solutions Business Unit.
To assist with the development of financial, accounting and administrative systems to deliver value for money and efficiency across the business unit, in particular with its usage of temporary accommodation. ï‚· Provide financial support to all teams within Housing Solutions.
To support senior management as required, for example supporting the divisional management team to manage their icasework by logging and closing their members enquiries, complaints and general correspondence and ensure they are responded to within the allocated time.
To respond to internal and external enquires regarding procedure and processes to minimise the administrative burden on Housing Solutions Officers and Managers.
To maintain accurate administrative and financial records for management; updating records and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.

To resolve financial and administrative issues. ï‚· To provide comprehensive report of expenditure on the nightly rate costs and rent costs on leased properties.
