This innovative global law firm is seeking a professional to lead and manage all operational aspects of their Partner transition and succession planning for those Partners leaving or due to leave the firm. You are someone who enjoys high touch Partner level contact, has excellent relationship building skills and thrives in a fast paced forward thinking environment.

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and abilities:

  • Strong background in a law form or large professional services environment - either London or the US
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of problem solving and influencing discussions.
  • Has successfully operated within a global platform and team
  • Data driven with strong data analysis and report writing abilities
  • Credible in presentations and a confident communicator
  • Good understanding of a partnership environment and financial considerations with a traditional partnership
