We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Chinese Mandarin speaking Project Assistant to join a highly successful global FinTech company with successful business operations across the world. Language requirements for the jobFluent in Mandarin and English is essentialCompany backgroundOur client is a highly successful, global FinTech company with many trading platforms and has been at the forefront of their sector for several years. Location of the job100% office based in central London Job responsibilities Your role as Mandarin speaking Project Assistant will be to work with the CEO on many business projects as well as support the CEO on daily business tasks. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks and improve communication across teams and play a key role in business successes. You will typically cover the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and follow an effective time management methodology for the CEO
  • Ensure 100% of high-priority tasks are completed on time
  • Establish streamlined communication protocols between the CEO and key stakeholders
  • Successfully coordinate and deliver high-priority projects or initiatives
  • Ensure that projects are completed within deadlines and budget
  • Other key tasks as required

The successful candidate background

  • Fluent Mandarin and English is essential
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level from a top 50 university in China
  • Master’s degree or graduating from QS top 100 universities is an advantage
  • Previous experience in administration or project management role
  • Ability to be flexible, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing ability and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Data analysis skill is an advantage

Salary package and benefits£70,000 - £80,000 (negotiable) .
