Upskill U is a restorative community organisation specialising in training and consultancy services for organisations working with vulnerable people. Our clients include Local Authorities, Social Housing providers as well as education, health and criminal justice organisations.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our corporate training administration function on a part time basis.

This is remote role with occasional travel to training sessions and meetings.

As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with external clients along with coordination of all training programs and events as well as associated administration.

Key Remits:

  • Liaise with existing/new stakeholders of large corporates to identify/assess training requirements
  • Plan and manage the logistics, scheduling, and delivery of training sessions, ensuring resources, venues, and facilitators are in place
  • Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback, and generate reports to track effectiveness and compliance
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, including agendas, presentations, and evaluation forms
  • Compile post-event summaries and evaluations
  • Handle training-related inquiries via phone, email, and online forms

Experience:

  • Proven experience in coordinating training, planning events, or providing administrative support, ideally within corporate or educational environment
  • Must have proven experience in managing client relationships/accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with database management
  • Ability to work independently as this is a remote role as well part of a team
  • Skilled in designing promotional materials and producing marketing content
  • Experience in collating, analysing, and presenting evaluation using excel and other software
