COORDINATOR  A renowned global investment bank is looking for a Coordinator to join its Corporate Engagement division. This role involves supporting the team with briefing notes, presentations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is a team player with 3-4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Financial services experience is preferred, but candidates from other sectors are welcome to apply.  COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Supporting the team on briefing notes, presentation creation, talking points, data analysis, due diligence and thought leadership execution
  • Overseeing a portfolio of volunteer projects (including: project planning, application review, acceptance and decline; uploading information onto internal website, being main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; administration and reporting)
  • Representing to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders
  • Communicating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate projects
  • Multi-tasking projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
  COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Financial services experience preferred, but the client is open to other sectors
  • Must have strong Excel / PowerBI skills
