The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a productive learning environment
Follow pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline
Support students with their learning and engagement
Work across a range of subjects and year groups
Requirements:
Previous experience working with secondary school students (as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or similar)
Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading a class
Adaptability and flexibility to work in different schools
A passion for education and supporting young people
