The Role

Our client is seeking a DampProject Support Officer to join our Repairs and Investment Team. This role involves providing administrative and project support for damp-related works and housing maintenance projects, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience. You will coordinate resident communications, manage contractor work orders, handle reports and budgets, and assist with compliance and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a damp and mould liaison, working closely with residents and surveyors.
  • Coordinating works orders to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Supporting data collection, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Managing email inboxes, calendars, and correspondence.
  • Assisting with budget planning, procurement, and invoicing.
  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and council policies.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:
