This is a data-driven MarTech company that works with various companies to enhance their customer acquisition and engagement strategies
THE ROLE
As a Delivery Associate, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects ad enhancements including chnage requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling and delivery.
- Manage technical retainer hours to ensure they remain within establised contractual support hours.
- Collaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans, technical investigations and supporting data requests.
- Handle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues.
- Manage client inquires, including research, data requests, and technical issues.
- Schedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progress.
- Ensure adherence to the company's standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency.
Your Skills And Experience
- Able to lead client facing meetings
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong research and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experience
- Experience in process improvement and margin enhancement
- Technical Knowledge in any programming language (HTML, CSS, PHP, JScript, etc) is a plus
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
