Document Controller

Are you an experienced Document Controller looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic and growing M&E business in the construction sector. As an onsite Document Controller, you will travel across various Central London locations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment where your skills and expertise are highly valued. We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus travel expenses, depending on experience, with the chance to start ASAP. This permanent role provides stability and growth. Please note, this is a site-based role travelling across Central London sites, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the document control register to ensure documentation is up-to-date and meets required standards.
  • Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly.
  • Manage risk assessments and ensure they are correctly updated in the document control system.
  • Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for project handovers.
  • Support the team with additional administrative duties as required.
  • Work independently and efficiently in a standalone position.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and support project teams effectively.
