Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a project based in Mayfair, London. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in document management systems, looking to contribute to a high-profile construction or development project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and control incoming and outgoing project documentation

- Log delivery notes and associated paperwork into the company database

- Ensure documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable

- Support the project team with day-to-day document control tasks

- Maintain up-to-date records and assist with document audits if required

- Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to collect and manage documentation

- Ensure document control procedures are adhered to throughout the project

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role

- Proficiency in Viewpoint, Akinnex or Procore

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
