An efficient Team Administrator is required to start immediately.
Chosen candidate needs to provide timely and competent administrative and office support to project managers and surveyors.
Job duties include:
- Digital dictation to produce letters and other documents
- Organise presentations, reports, expense management
- Booking meeting rooms and catering for team meetings
- Managing diaries
- Organising national travel
Ideal candidate will need to be flexible, highly organised with a non-flappable personality and good MS Office experience:
