A boutique asset management firm based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a top EA to support their CEO, CFO and Partners on an ongoing temporary basis. They are looking for someone confident working at C-suite level, with an incredible eye for detail, exhaustive experience working across time zones and booking international travel.Hours are 9am-5.30pm, they offer hybrid working (3-4 days in office, depending on CEO's schedule) and rate is £25-£30/hour, depending on experience. Start in mid-October and expected to be a temporary role for the next 8-12 weeks, but could be shortened/extended. What you'll do: 
  • Diary management to CEO, CFO and Partners 
  • Email management - action emails on behalf of CEO
  • Manage international travel arrangements for staff globally including itineraries 
  • Expenses management using Concur 
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence as required
  • Event organisation - booking meetings, dinners etc. 
  • Support the finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks is an ideal 
  • Coordinate reports and documents
Who you are:
  • Previously supported C-suite level within a boutique environment
  • Previously worked in financial services 
  • High level of competence in travel management, booking complete itineraries across the glob
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral with a positive, problem-solving approach to daily tasks
  • Experience with office management, e.g. overseen office move 
  • Possesses the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups across multiple geographies with cultural awareness and respect for other
  • Must possess a high level of integrity, trustworthiness and tact with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • A highly professional presence with excellent communication skills
  • High level of proficiency using MS Office 
  • Proficient in managing and organising your own time effectively and works proactively
