- Support the finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks is an ideal
- Coordinate reports and documents
- Previously supported C-suite level within a boutique environment
- Previously worked in financial services
- High level of competence in travel management, booking complete itineraries across the glob
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral with a positive, problem-solving approach to daily tasks
- Experience with office management, e.g. overseen office move
- Possesses the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups across multiple geographies with cultural awareness and respect for other
- Must possess a high level of integrity, trustworthiness and tact with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- A highly professional presence with excellent communication skills
- High level of proficiency using MS Office
- Proficient in managing and organising your own time effectively and works proactively
