  • Diary & Inbox Management: Schedule meetings, manage emails, and the Chairman informed.
  • Meeting coordination: booking rooms, preparing documents, and managing attendee lists.
  • Executive Support: prepare reports, presentations, and conduct research.
  • Filing systems: maintain confidential files.
  • Team meetings: arrange meetings, manage materials, take minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Travel arrangements: book flights and hotels.
  • Liaison role: act as a liaison between groups under the Chairman's responsibility.
  • Ad hoc requests: handle personal requests.
  • Social Media strategy: advantageous if interested in developing social media strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a PA or EA, ideally supported at C-suite level
  • Have strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
  • To be able to manage and work with a variety of people
  • Flexible and adaptable, ability to have patience when agendas or plans change
