This leading city-based Boutique Hedge Fund is looking for a highly motivated and career-minded EA/OM to support the founding team within this renowned and fast-paced firm. A pivotal member of the business support team you will be very much the face of the business and instrumental in bridging key relationships both across within and outside the firm as part of your role. Day to day as EA/OM your principal duties will be to provide executive level support to the leadership team. Providing high-level EA support across a complex and demanding diary you will also be organising global travel and extensive client meetings. As EA/OM you will also be instrumental in planning and coordinating all internal and external events as well as managing the office for the team on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will need at least 5 years experience within a similar role in a small firm.If you are looking for a highly involved role that allows you to use your initiative as well as have the independence to come up with ideas and initiatives in order to progress and learn.
