EA to General Counsel, Legal Director & CTO | 5 days in office | near Oxford Street 12-month mat cover£40k per annumI have a fantastic opportunity for an EA to join a global non-profit organisation, supporting the General Counsel, Legal Director and CTO. The company work with governments around the world on how to implement ideas, driving international change.The successful candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They will support the aims of the organisation and be a proactive team player.What you’ll do:
  • Provide a high standard of administrative support
  • Diary and email management
  • Schedule meetings and events while being aware of business needs to effectively prioritise
  • Organise travel including visas and briefing materials
  • Filing, actioning and preparing correspondence
  • Research and create basic briefing material
  • Expense management
  • Liaise with departments across the company
  • Maintaining contact database
  • Ad hoc tasks, especially when providing cover for other EAs
What you’ll need:
  • 2 years’ experience in a senior EA/PA position
  • Ability to prioritise ever-changing demands
  • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Uphold a high level of discretion and professionalism especially when dealing with high-profile figures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Awareness of national and international protocols to support senior individuals
  • Interest and knowledge of current affairs and the international political environment
