Our client, a prestigious educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Education Team Administrator to provide proactive support to the MSc Course Leadership Team. This is a temporary position, offering an hourly rate of £22. If you are an organised individual with excellent administrative skills, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative and operational processes to support the Academy and its goals.
  • Manage diaries, emails, and act as the first point of contact for the academy.
  • Organise workshops, events, and meeting logistics.
  • Assist with drafting presentations, reports, and other briefing documents.
  • Collaborate with the Postgraduate Administration Team to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Interest in AI and digital technologies in an administrative context is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to periods of high activity and occasional flexible working.
