- Organising and providing secretarial support for committee meetings.

- Experience in inbox management and call handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing data and reporting.
- The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Experience in education or examination administration is desirable.
