An exclusive opportunity has arisen with a High New Worth family in London for an Administrator to join their team. This position will need someone to work from several of their Central London offices and will provide day-to-day investment administration and financial support to the Principals and internal and external stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversight and collation of key documents pertaining to investments and historical accounts.
  • Completing investment redemption, fund subscription and KYC documentation.
  • Liaising and following up with third parties including banks, lawyers and accountants.
  • Attending meetings with external advisors, generating "to-do" lists and actioning on key points.
  • Assisting in the establishment of trusts, charities and foundations.
  • Maintaining updated and well-organised files and records.
  • Information and document management pertaining to artwork and chattels -record-keeping, and liaison with valuation, insurance, and executors.
  • Provide administrative support to the management and to clients as needed.
  • Compiling and forecast budget and expense information.
  • Assisting with general bookkeeping and basic financials; payment management, compiling information for tax returns.
  • Perform and assist with other ad-hoc duties (as and when required)

Experience:

  • Previous bookkeeping and administration experience desired.
  • Exposure to QuickBooks or similar software.
  • IT literate in MS office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Some experience in workflow management/task management is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous family office experience desirable.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
