Funds Legal PA

Prestigious US law firm seeks an engaging and confident Funds Legal PA to join their highly accomplished and innovative Funds team, offering hybrid working.  Primarily supporting two Partners who represent many of the most well-known sponsors of private equity funds, both have been named “Rising Stars” in affiliated press and genuinely want to quickly establish and build a superb rapport with their PA:

  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
  • Stunning City office near Liverpool Street station
  • To £55,000 salary + excellent employee benefits including free meals/snacks/refreshments

Funds Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing pro-active administrative support to the firms’ attorneys and the business services team, acting as a bridge between clients and fee earners and catering to and anticipating the needs of both.
  • Maintaining cooperative working relationships within office and practice groups, responding to client, staff, legal professionals and vendor enquiries
  • Opening, screening and routing mail, email and diary management and drafting routine correspondence
  • Monitoring attorney time records to ensure compliance with established deadlines
  • Organising complex travel arrangements, maintaining attorney travel profiles and liaising with the New York office as and when required.

Funds Legal PA Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years+ Corporate/Finance/Funds/Tax Legal PA experience from a top City law firm / legal services
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
