Anson McCade is a specialist IT and Finance executive search and headhunting firm, specialising in Technology and Capital Markets. Founded in 2000, we are a tight-knit group of consultants all focused on delivering results for our world-class clients.

Currently we are looking for experienced Internal Recruiter & Office Administrator to join our team in London. The role will require managing all of our internal functions including HR, Operations, Training and Internal Recruitment. We dont expect to find someone who is already an expert in every element of the role, but as long as you can learn and have the right attitude, this opportunity will give you a great platform for personal and professional development!

The Role

This is an ever-changing, dynamic role, with exposure to many different areas of the business. You will be responsible for internal recruitment, HR and ensuring the office is running smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. You need to be able to switch your focus as priorities change throughout the day but this is what keeps your day exciting. There will be ad hoc projects to work on relating to various aspects of the business

Operations

The operations element of the role at Anson McCade is key to the success of the office.

You will be supporting around 20 consultants on a daily basis, providing training, support, reporting

Manage 3rd party stakeholder relationships with external vendors, such a job boards, office suppliers etc

Process improvements and changing the way we do things, challenging the norm is welcomed, as we always want to do things better

Working with the senior management team on projects, employee incentives and operational improvements

Organising events, meetings and office incentives

Day to day running of the office

HR

Working with managers to ensure employee reviews are carried out on a quarterly basis

Manage and record all absentee requests, lateness and sickness within the office through HRIS

Managing some HR related matters, including ad hoc queries

Review and update company policies as and when necessary

Recruitment

Managing the end to end recruitment process for all internal hires, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, delivering feedback and managing candidates throughout the process

Focusing on strategic contingency recruitment to ensure there is a strong pipeline of talent available at all times

Use various recruitment methodologies, including proactive recruitment, to source talented individuals

Training and onboarding of new consultants, delivering and facilitating the AMC Training Programme for all new starters

Collaborate with nationwide universities to strengthen existing relationships to ensure graduate recruitment

Requirements

You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including writing adverts, completing screening calls, carrying out interviews, delivering feedback

You will have knowledge of the onboarding and training of new employees

You must have great excel skills with the ability to analyse data and report on results to senior leaders. Attention to detail and organisation is key within this role

You will have used an HRIS, ATS or another CRM system in your previous role(s)

Ideally, you will be from a recruitment background and have experience working within a recruitment agency
