Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a highly reputable law firm in London, who are seeking a Junior Level IP Renewals Administrator (Full Training Provided) to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be providing support to ensure the smooth running of IP Renewals procedures within the department.

Duties would include:

  • Raising invoices.
  • Updating clients on renewal schedules.
  • Preparing cost quotes for clients.
  • Liaising with IP offices regarding renewals.
  • Updating cases on the system.
  • Onboarding new cases.

For this role, our client is seeking a candidate with some previous administration experience within a legal or professional services setting. A good education will be essential and strong organisation skills will certainly be needed for this role.
