A boutique Employment Law firm is looking to build on their success and seek an experienced Legal PA to join their expanding team. This is your chance to play a key part in the firms success with a highly involving and rewarding role.

Salary - £45,000

Hybrid - 3/2

Location - Bank

Working alongside another PA, you will support 4 Partners and 8 Associates. The successful candidate will be highly organised and reliable, possess a positive, can-do attitude and be able to multitask and prioritise effectively. Given the nature of work, an eye for detail and good communication skills are essential.

The firm are ideally seeking solid legal secretarial experience within Employment or Litigation, knowledge of the bundling process and an interest in marketing would be great!

Duties will include:

  • Digital dictation
  • Creating and amending documents
  • Billing
  • File opening and closing
  • Answering telephone
  • Greeting clients and arranging refreshments
  • General upkeep of meeting rooms
  • Diary management
  • Booking couriers and travel arrangements
  • Filing - electronic and paper
  • Archiving
  • Upkeep of CRM system and data
  • Assisting with firm's social media
  • Assisting with general marketing projects
  • Litigation support
