We have an exciting opportunity at an international Law firm for a Legal PA to support an assigned group of Fee Earners and two Partners. This role will be a fast paced and varied role focusing diary management, travel arranging and complex billing so you must have at least 4 years’ experience working within a corporate department in a law firm.
The role will focus on:
- Formatting and ammending documents
- Travel arrangements overseas and UK
- Dairy management
- Complex billing and expenses
- Ad hoc administration
Experience/Skills:
- Experience within a corporate or other transactional practice group
- At least 4 years’ experience working within a corporate or other transactional practice group in a law firm.
- Able to manage busy workload.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
