Exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist law firm in the city, providing support to Senior Partners and Stakeholders. This is a busy and integral role; therefore, it would suit an experienced Legal PA who is comfortable with and has considerable experience supporting busy Partners within a city law firm. This is an excellent and tight knit team, who pride themselves on their inclusive, friendly and forward thinking working environment.

This firm are offering a highly competitive salary & 2 days a week working from home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Document production
  • On-boarding new clients, conflict checks, opening new matters and engagement letters
  • Inbox management
  • Event organisation
  • Travel management
  • Processing expenses
  • Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date
  • Covering and supporting the wider PA team in times of absence or when required

Key skills and experience:

  • Similar experience in a city law firm, supporting at a senior Partner level
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a flexible approach
  • Strong IT skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to act with confidentiality
  • Professional, with the confidence to liaise with those at all levels
