A global Law firm based close to Liverpool Street station seeks an experienced Legal PA to join them on a full time, permenant basis to support their Senior Partner of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group.

Salary: up to £55,000 + bonus and excellent company benefits

Hybrid working: 4 days in 1 from home

Hours: 9.30-5.30

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management- sheduling meetings, VCs etc.
  • Coordinating client events/lunches
  • Organising global travel and itineraries
  • Billing - preparing and chasing bills, attending WIP meetings
  • Managing and editing documents and letters
  • Processing expenses
  • General organisation and administration tasks
