Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Legal PA to join their highly regarded Family team. The successful Legal PA will support fee earners, including Partners and the successful Legal PA will need prior experience within Family or Private Client law.

Key responsibilities

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements
  • Conflict searches, file opening and drafting engagement letters
  • Support fee earners with business development including the creation of pitches, presentations and supporting with events
  • Support fee earners with time recording, processing expenses and billing
  • Basic document amendments Ensure the client database is accurate and kept up to date
  • Liaise with clients directly and arrange client meetings
  • Delegate work to relevant business services team
  • Work as part of the wider PA team to cover in times of absence

Key skills and experience:

  • Legal PA experience within family or private client law
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication and team work skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
