I am working with an international law firm based at London Bride and they are looking for a perm Legal PA to work within their energy and infrastructure team. The role covers litigation so ideally looking for candidates whom have had some experience within litigation. The salary is up to £40,000 (depending on experience) and they offer hybrid working (50/50). The hours are 9.30am-5.30pm with excellent benefits.

The firm are seeking a Legal PA to join their litigation team. While litigation experience is a plus, it is not essential. They are looking for candidates who can tackle challenges head-on, provide solutions for our partners and fee earners and also possess the following attributes:
• Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident and composed under pressure
• Effective in organising Partners and managing their diaries
• Adept at organising and running events from start to finish
• Strong relationship-building skills with various teams such as Billing, MBD, Travel, DocProd, PSAs, and Resource Managers
Key Responsibilities
• Diary management and travel arrangements
• Confidently handling billing tasks and tracking progress
• Onboarding new clients, opening matters, and drafting Engagement Letters
• Maintaining matters and ensuring correct rates are applied
• Managing PDF documents, including flattening and paginating
When capacity allows, our PA’s also support Business Development, Marketing, and Events, which includes but is not limited to;
• Creating articles, client briefings, bids, pitches, CVs, and capability statements
• Developing PowerPoint presentations with team input
• Contributing to legal directories, quotes, and awards
• Supporting event management, including mailing lists and social media posts
Essential skills/experience;
• Intermediate-Advanced user of key software packages, (i.e. Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Office 365 suite of tools including SharePoint) and takes responsibility for any training (e.g. MOS) to improve relevant skills needed to meet the needs of the business
• Demonstrates excellent written communication skills, sufficiently developed to draft non-routine correspondence and emails, as instructed by fee earners
• Leadership ability - this candidate must be able to build a strong reputation within the business and deliver excellent service
• Experience of working with clients and ability to be client facing
Desirable Skills;
• Experience with technology such as iManage Share, HighQ, BundleDocs, and DocuSign
• Exposure to litigation tasks, including preparing court documents and bundles Qualifications which relate to the secretarial role (CILEx Legal Secretary or equivalent.)
