We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Legal Executive Assistant to join a top tier leading law firm, supporting their Employment team. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing essential support to a busy partner and a team of associates, and trainees.

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by managing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact for the team.
  • Proactively managing complex diaries and organising meetings.
  • Booking travel and preparing itineraries.
  • Supporting events and hospitality arrangements.
  • Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling billing, time recording, and other financial tasks.
  • Assisting with file management and compliance requirements.

About You:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience supporting senior professionals, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new processes and technology.
  • Strong experience in complex billing
