Team Leader duties:

  • One to one meetings with PAs/TA’s to monitor performance, motivate and provide feedback
  • Absence management
  • Contribute and attend candidate interviews
  • Work closely with HR to conduct annual salary reviews
  • Oversee the performance of the team, escalating any issues to HR
  • Conduct performance appraisals
  • Ensure there is adequate fee earner cover at all times
  • Promote a collaborative PA/TA environment

PA duties:

  • Diary management
  • Supporting with marketing and business development
  • Assist with time recording and billing
  • Processing expenses
  • Travel arrangements
  • Draft standard documents/letters

Key experience:

  • Solid Legal PA experience within a litigation practice group
  • Pervious team leader experience - appraisals and managing performance
