Legal PA To Board Level Partner - Global Law Firm - £54,000 + WFH 2 days

My Client, an absolute powerhouse in the Legal market, are looking for a Legal PA to assist their board level Partner. This role provides the opportunity of allowing the Legal PA to play a vital role in the firm's success when delivering support to the Partner.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling global meetings
  • Managing the Partner's diary
  • Email management - monitoring, screening, responding and delegating
  • Assisting with Business Development activities
  • Managing travel arrangements including travel packs/itineraries
  • Preparing paperwork for meetings
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Assisting with projects

Skill required:

  • Previous Legal PA experience
  • Understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with Colleagues, Clients and third parties alike
