Legal PA to Head of Energy law for an international law firm in the heart of the City.

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Legal PA to join the Energy Team and support the Lead Partner.

You will be the central support to a team of Fee Earners, providing critical administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your role will involve managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling complex billing, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative Support
  • Effective communication, both internally and externally
  • Actively participate in client care and relationship management
  • Review and amend documents produced by the document production team
  • Assist fee earners with daily time recording and billing processes
  • Aid in credit control and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules

Experience required:

  • Accurate typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and team skills

Salary c£45,000Experience in Energy or Employment law desirableHybrid 3 days in the office, 2 from home

The ideal candidate would have Legal PA experience but, would consider Professional Services experience.
