Marketing Administrator

One of our fantastic Engineering clients based in our London are seeking a Marketing Administrator to become part of their Marketing team. This full-time position will cover a diverse range of marketing functions, including events, bids, and communications for all of their offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, the bid process, and/or B2B marketing and should ideally have previous experience in a similar role within a marketing team or in administration and be used to working to deadlines.

Skills & experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of marketing and bids process
  • Experience in running events
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience in reporting data
  • Knowledge of Adobe - In-design, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Able to produce accurate, clear and well written material
  • Excellent IT skills - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analysing data to identify trends
