Membership Data Administrator (£17+ p/h!!) *Advertised by Liverpool Street Branch

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Administrator with our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry. They offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to thrive and make a difference.

Job Title: Receptionist/Team Administrator

Location: Farringdon

Hours: 9:30am- 5:00pm (35 full time hours, hybrid at least 2 days in the office).

Contract Details: Temp toPermanent opportunity!!

Pay Rate: £17.00 - £18.00 p/h

Start Date: ideally W/C 2nd September 2024

�? Key Skills Required:

  • Very good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Teams is desirable.
  • Ability to check and process invoices, including cost coding.
  • Experience in compiling statistics and reports, primarily using Excel and downloading data from websites.
  • Proficiency in compiling large documentation, such as disciplinary case papers, in a digital format.
  • Capable of working independently and following set processes.
  • Understanding the importance of timely work and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably with experience using a CRM database.
  • Customer service and helpdesk experience, including managing shared email inboxes and handling incoming phone inquiries.
  • Previous experience in a membership or not-for-profit organisation would be extremely beneficial.
  • Desirable experience in committee work, such as minute-taking, agenda preparation, and distribution of papers.
