Role Overview: We are seeking an Office Admin/Secretary to join our busy head office, providing management services to our subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone who can easily commute to our London office and is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day secretarial duties, including reception, answering phones, and acting as PA to Directors, CFO, and Accounts Department.

Arrange lunches for Directors and senior staff, and order staff lunches for an associate office of 6.

Research and book restaurants for Directors, and organize Christmas and other office events.

Manage diaries for Directors and overseas Directors.

Maintain a car fleet of 5.

Ensure the head office is fully stocked with beverages, stationery, and other supplies.

Handle post, arrange taxis, deliveries, and DHL shipments.

Assist the Accountant with obtaining supplier invoices and posting them into the accounting system.

Assist with all annual insurance renewals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Confident communicator, both via phone and face-to-face.

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word).
