We have the pleasure of supporting a returning client, a highly regarded US headquartered VC who set up their first office in London in the last few years, because they are growing their team and a new role has been created - to become their Office Manager & PA!

Highlights: A welcoming and passionate team, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (Fridays) each week, collaboration, highly competitive salary plus bonus and exceptional benefits and the scope to grow with them long term.

A varied, immersive role where you will support the small, but growing team in London , providing the day to day Office Management needs (liaising with facilities/building management, vendor relationship management, internal and external communications, supplies etc.), people/culture management, onboarding/off-boarding, events organisation (investor events, team events/off-sites), hospitality needs (hosting on-site events, meeting guests, organising refreshments etc.), finance admin (expenses, invoices, budget management support), to PA support (diary management, scheduling national and international travel and accommodation, meeting coordination and preparing agendas, document production) . Working closely with a Senior member of the team for PA tasks and the Chief of Staff you will be integral to keeping the office running smoothly alongside the two EA's in the team who pull together when needed.

You will have around 3-5 years experience (not essential, if you have a couple of years but are hungry to grow and be valued in your next role please still apply), in a role where you have helped to run an office, have PA skills/experience, ideally from a start-up or growing business where you are well versed in fast paced, varied environments - maybe you feel undervalued and your role has grown and you need a fresh start - then we want to hear from you. You will thrive on variety, have a natural energy for support, want to get stuck in and help wherever you can, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be looking for a long term opportunity.
