Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent Operational Support Administrator position to work with our client based in Canary wharf.

The main purpose of this role will be Administering on-boarding of new clients, being the teams support acsross events meetings and travel as well as dealing with general queries, completing general administrative requests and completing KYC forms.

Job Title - Operational Support Administrator

SALARY: up to £35,000k

Hybrid - 2 days in the office 3 days from home

Location - Canary Wharf

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administering on-boarding of new clients.
  • Completing Know Your Client (KYC) Forms
  • Prepare and send engagement letters
  • Organise team events and meetings, including expenses and travel.
  • Handle team admin: cheques, billing, filing, and registers.
  • Distribute and file scanned mail using Virtual Cabinet.
  • Support with reporting, data analysis, and WIP management.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of prior administrative experience
  • Prior administrative experience from within professional services or corporate business environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word
  • GCSE passes in Maths and English, or equivalent
  • A to C passes in A-Levels, or equivalent
