Job PurposeJoin a market-leading property management company as an Operations Support Analyst. You will be a vital part of the keystone Operations Department, ensuring the smooth functioning of tasks within the team. This role requires flexibility, conscientiousness, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly developing office environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the department manager in delivering key projects within planned timeframes.
  • Produce and analyse reports from the in-house database and Excel with high accuracy.
  • Provide accurate reports to internal departments and external professional advisers.
  • Review and extract information from various sources, including leases and the HM Land Registry website.
  • Reconcile, identify, and correct data discrepancies in our in-house database.
  • Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with team members to design and implement new processes.
  • Analyse workflows to identify automation opportunities, using software tools to reduce manual tasks.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and support the integration of new solutions.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Demonstrable experience with database management.
  • Intermediate or above knowledge of a programming language.
