A leading city law firm are now seeking a highly organised PA to support the Director of Property and Workplace in their central management team. This is a really exciting and pivotal time to join as the successful Assistant will be involved in supporting them with their upcoming office relocation.

This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills. You will assist with diary management, project coordination, and liaising with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Director.
  • Diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting organisation to include collating papers, preparing agendas, drafting correspondence and attending to take minutes when necessary.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Ongoing project support to include identifying and improving processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners professionally.
  • Manage any necessary document production including PowerPoint presentations and drafting correspondence.
  • Other administrative tasks such as expense management, actioning emails and filing.

About You

  • PA and project administration experience.
  • An understanding of how a facilities/operations team works and facilities terminology.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
