At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an experienced PA to Head who would like to work in a school for a full-time position at a fantastic secondary school in Southwark.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16: 00, Monday - Friday, term-time only

About the role

As PA to Head at this school, you’ll be working Monday - Friday as a part of a great administrative team that works together to ensure the smooth running of the school. You will be:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record data

  • Minute taking

  • Assisting the Headteacher on a daily basis

  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

  • Following HR best practices

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience of working in a HR position in a school

  • Strong Administration background

  • A real passion for working within an education environment

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
