About the Role: We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly professional and motivated PA to join the dynamic Land and Development team at a leading property development company. Reporting directly to the Land and Development Director, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing comprehensive document heavy support to the Land and Development Director, ensuring efficient management of time, meetings, and priorities.
  • Liaising with high-profile individuals, including MPs, Parliament, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Occasionally assisting the Division Finance Director, though they are mostly self-sufficient.
  • Engaging in a variety of administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings to preparing reports and presentations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What We Are Looking For:

  • You’ll have strong experience supporting senior executives—ideally within property development, though we're open to considering candidates with a background in law firms as well.
  • You are highly professional, with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
  • You must be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, all while keeping your cool under pressure.
  • Experience with property is a big plus.
