Remote Part-Time Administrator

Position: Part-Time AdministratorHours:20 hours/week (Mon 8:30am-5:30pm, Tues-Thurs 12:30pm-4:30pm)Location:Fully RemotePay:£18.34 per hour

Core Duties:

  • Provide vital administrative support to the team, including managing patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records
  • Collaborate with clinicians to organise appointments and update calendar
  • Keep website current and user-friendly
  • Assist in recruiting new therapists, managing paperwork, and onboarding processes
  • Support monthly clinical team meetings and prepare reports for the clinical director
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and manage DBS checks
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues for the clinical team.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills are essential
  • A background in the medical field is preferred, enhancing your understanding of the unique challenges our clients face.
