Key Requirements:
- NEOSH Qualification (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health).
- Strong understanding and compliance with Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) regulations.
- Proven experience in building maintenance, security, and site management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Your Role:
As the School Caretaker, you will:
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of the school premises.
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and promptly address repairs.
- Support the school in adhering to HES regulations, promoting a secure environment for students and staff.
- Manage site-related contractors and maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold health and safety standards.
