- Provide administrative support, in line with procedures, to all users of the Platform.
- Always maintain data and system integrity.
- Ensure delivery of customer service and consumer outcomes
- Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades.
- Assist with processes and procedures.
- Comply with the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C and financial crime procedures of the firm.
- Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules.
- Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
- To be responsible for the proactive and positive implementation of Consumer Duty.
- Always deliver exception service to customers.
- Have the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
