Procurement Assistant

Introduction:

One of Londons leading Interior design studios is looking for a talented and ambitious Procurement Assistant to join them in their studio in Central London. Our client is an internationally recognised Interior Design studio working on some of the finest High-end luxury Residential projects across the globe. Offering a bespoke, turn-key service with an exceptional quality of finish, you will gain exposure to some excellent projects and be dealing with leading suppliers. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and ambitious Procurement Assistant to join a fast-paced environment and have genuine career development opportunities with a great package on offer.



Package:

  • Salary: £32,000 (depending on experience)
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing up to 25 days with service
  • Nine-day fortnight work schedule


Duties

  • Assist in sourcing materials, furnishings, and products for luxury residential projects
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and manage procurement timelines
  • Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the design team in product research and sourcing innovative solutions
  • Oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods for ongoing projects
  • Resolve procurement-related issues promptly and efficiently


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a procurement or similar role
  • Strong interest in Interior Design & Interior Architecture
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams
