Introduction:
One of Londons leading Interior design studios is looking for a talented and ambitious Procurement Assistant to join them in their studio in Central London. Our client is an internationally recognised Interior Design studio working on some of the finest High-end luxury Residential projects across the globe. Package:
- Salary: £32,000 (depending on experience)
- 20 days annual leave, increasing up to 25 days with service
- Nine-day fortnight work schedule
Duties
- Assist in sourcing materials, furnishings, and products for luxury residential projects
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and manage procurement timelines
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Support the design team in product research and sourcing innovative solutions
- Oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods for ongoing projects
- Resolve procurement-related issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a procurement or similar role
- Strong interest in Interior Design & Interior Architecture
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams
