Are you passionate about project management and looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector? 

In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the programme, meeting objectives on time and within budget. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of cross-cutting projects using the Trust’s project and programme management (PPM) framework.
  • Assisting in defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and developing robust project plans.
  • Managing RAIDC (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Changes) and monitoring project progress.
  • Ensuring alignment with the organization’s Governance through the Excellence Delivery Unit.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support, developing and implementing policies and processes, and supporting programme management office activities.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across departmental teams to support user needs and implement beneficial changes.

We are looking for someone who is educated to graduate level or has equivalent experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management within a healthcare or similar setting. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Excellent PC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software packages.
  • Experience in digital health, complex diary management, and organising large events or conferences (desirable).
  • Knowledge of NHS environments and digital transformation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
